Don't say "nothing is unique about me," and don't compare yourself to anyone else. Just be before Christ and together think about who you are. You will see some faults but don't worry about it right now. We'll talk about that later.
How are YOU wired? What makes you angry or excited? What breaks your heart or warms it? Do you love kids, love numbers, love nurturing, love science, love organizing, love administration, love prayer, love learning, love teaching, love solving problems, love arguing for a cause, love serving, love encouraging?
What is your passion, what motivates you?
Personal growth is about you finding out who you are and working on improving what you find.
Do you like to be around lots of people or quietly with just a few? Are you thoughtful and introspective or do you spend time looking outward at possibilities and plans? What is your energy level?
What is easy for you that is not easy for others? What can you do now or what do you want to learn to do? Think through your past, starting as a child and working forward. What patterns stand out? Leader? Caring? Building? Teamwork? What did you do that felt right and that you were good at?
Claim how God designed you.
The specific you identified through the questions above are things that make you you. How you are wired isn't better or worse than anyone else. It is not better to be an introvert or extrovert. Being able to build is not less than being able to write well. Traits are just traits. They just are what makes you you and what makes someone else who they are.
"I give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well." Ps 139:14
So, just start to focus on and claim how you are designed. Knowing more about who you are and how God has wired you will give you a start on knowing why you are here and where you will make the most impact on the world.
Your personal development means improving what you already can do,developing those parts youself that you have not yet addressed, and watching for where God will work through your unique self.
